📝 What we need

2. Provide three (or more) confidential written character references using our [REFERENCE FORM].
   References must be on file before the hiring process can be completed.

We recommend asking people who can speak to your character, reliability, and experience, such as:

• Former or current supervisors

• Teachers, school administrators, or coaches

• Community leaders

• Families you’ve babysat for

• Business leaders or mentors

• Friends or family (accepted, but carry less weight)
