Teams

Our Teams are known for their gymnastics excellence and strong team spirit.

We offer the highest quality gymnastics training available.  With boys and girls competitive teams for all  USA-Gymnastics Jr. Olympic Levels 4-10.

It is our goal to motivate young people with a spirit to succeed in life and in sports.   Emphasis is placed on providing a safe and exciting learning environment where the gymnasts are confident and proud of themselves and their accomplishments.

All of our competitive teams follow the progressive rules and guidelines as implemented by the USA-Gymnastics program (National governing body for gymnastics in the United States).

Our team staff is highly trained in gymnastics with decades of experience on hand. Our Director Linda Mulvihill is a three time Olympian and two time Olympic Judge.  Our Optional Girls coaches and our Boys coaches have all just received Oregon Coach of the Year awards, voted in by all sanctioned members in Oregon.  All coaches are safety-certified by USA Gymnastics, first aid and CPR certified and all have background checks.
