Coaches Info

There will be a coach’s sign in table at the front of the entrance inside the foyer, this is
where you will need to sign in and get your gift.  

ALL COACHES MUST BE ON ROSTERS IN ADVANCE IN ORDER TO COACH DURING THE EVENT.  NO UNEXPECTED COACHES WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE EVENT FLOOR.

Coaches Meetings:
Mandatory coaches meetings will be held by the computer table during the beginning of open warm-ups of each session.   Rotation schedule and gym will be passed out at the coaches meeting and/or are available at the computer table.

Coaches Raffle:
Make sure you attend the meeting to register for your chance to win the coaches’ raffle.  Winner’s names will be posted in hospitality by the end of each session.

Coaches Hospitality:
Once again, we are serving fabulous meals in our coach’s hospitality area. Hospitality will be open before and after each session for breakfast, lunch and dinner.  Gymnasts are not allowed in this area as all hospitality is intended for judges and coaches only.
Coaches Raffle winners are posted in this area.

Coaches PARTY:

All coaches attending Emerald are invited to attend the Coaches’ Party to be held at Hop Valley Brewing Company, 980 Kruse Way, Springfield after the evening sessions on Friday night.  It is located within walking distance of all the host hotels.   Please join our NAAG coaches for socializing and try some local brews.

45th Anniversary Celebration:

Join us for a walk through our history and a Champagne toast!
Saturday 7:00-8:00 in the Two50 room

Results:
Approximately 20 minutes after each session, a copy of results for each session will be available in session file (one copy per team – please), located at the computer table in each gym.
After the meet, results will be available online at meetscoresonline.com and emeraldteamchallenge.com

Awards:
Girls: Awards for each session will be divided into 3 (sometimes 4) age divisions at each level.  Awards are given out to 30% in event and AA.
Awards will take place in the awards area immediately following each session.
Gymnasts or a representative must be present to receive individual awards.  In the case of a shortage of trophies/medals, awards would be mailed.

Emerald Team Challenge Award
The Emerald Team Challenge Award will be awarded after the final session of competition with eligible teams.  The award is based on the following criteria.
A gym must have at least 3 or more gymnasts competing in five separate levels (womens levels 3-10 only).  Scores will be tabulated from a team’s highest 3 scores on each event at each level (max 5) to come up with the Emerald team score.  Top 4 team scores will win the Emerald team Challenge Award

1st Place – $1000.00
2nd Place – $750.00
3rd Place – $500.00
4th Place – $250.00

Emerald team trophies and checks will be mailed if winning gym representative is not present.

Girls – Capitol Cup Modified – bump
Boys – Capitol Cup Modified – timed warm-ups together
