Our curriculum is designed to provide a non-competitive, achievement-oriented program of life skills and gymnastics.
Gymnasts are trained with skill progressions that are appropriate for each level and with excitement and positive feedback.
Children are motivated to challenge themselves, strive to do their best and learn that when they try they can succeed. Increased confidence and a love for exercise is our goal, while learning and having fun in our programs.

All Olympic events are used within our programs. Girls will be taught on the balance beam, bars, vault, floor and trampoline.  Boys will be taught skills on the floor, pommel horse, rings, parallel bars, high bar, vault, and trampoline.
